ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by our company, Mangastrike®, to our non-professional customers (referred to as "customers" or "the customer"), wishing to purchase the products offered for sale (the "Products") on our website https://mangastrike.com/. The Products offered for sale on our site are as follows:
- Clothing
- Figures
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Decorations
The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations, and dimension or capacity indications, are presented on the site https://mangastrike.com/, and it is the customer's responsibility to review this information before placing an order.
The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Our products are not suitable for use by children under 4 years of age.
Our Product offers are valid while stocks last, as specified when placing the order.
These Terms are available at all times on our site https://mangastrike.com/ and shall prevail over any other document.
The customer states that they have read these Terms and accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before placing an order online on our site https://mangastrike.com/.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in our computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the customer.

Our Products are offered for sale worldwide.
In the case of an order shipped to a country other than mainland France, the customer is considered the importer of the Products concerned.
For all Products shipped outside the European Union and French overseas territories, the price will automatically be calculated excluding tax on the invoice.
Customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable and will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 2 - PRICE Products are provided at the rates in effect on our site https://mangastrike.com/ at the time the order is registered.
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included.
Rates take into account any discounts granted by our company on the site https://mangastrike.com/.
These rates are fixed and non-revisable during their period of validity, but we reserve the right to modify prices at any time outside of this period.
Prices do not include processing, shipping, transport, and delivery fees, which are charged in addition according to the conditions indicated on the site and calculated before the order is validated.
The payment requested from the customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these fees.
An invoice will be issued by our company and given to the customer upon delivery of the ordered Products.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS It is the customer's responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on our site https://mangastrike.com/.
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last.
The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of their order and to report any error immediately.
Any order placed on our site https://mangastrike.com/ constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the customer and our company.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute regarding payment of a previous order exists.
The customer will be able to track the progress of their order on our site.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT TERMS The price is paid via secure payment, according to the following terms:
Payment by credit card.
The price is payable in cash by the customer, in full at the time the order is placed.
Payment data is exchanged securely thanks to the protocol defined by our approved payment provider handling the banking transactions carried out on our site https://mangastrike.com/.
Payments made by the customer will only be considered final once the amounts due have actually been collected by our company.
We will not be required to deliver the ordered Products if the customer does not pay the full price under the conditions indicated above.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY Products ordered by the customer will be delivered to mainland France and worldwide (except in the event of exceptional geopolitical circumstances).
Deliveries will be made within 1 to 14 business days to the address provided by the customer when placing their order on our site.
Delivery will be deemed complete when the customer physically takes possession of the ordered Products. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, they will be delivered in a single shipment.
We undertake to make our best efforts to deliver the Products within the time frames specified above.
If the ordered Products have not been delivered within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the customer's fault, the sale may be cancelled at the customer's written request under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations. The sums paid by the customer will then be refunded no later than fourteen days following the date of cancellation of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction.
Deliveries will be handled by an independent carrier to the address provided by the customer when placing the order and to which the carrier can easily gain access.
When the customer uses a carrier of their own choosing, delivery will be deemed complete as soon as the ordered Products are handed over by our company to the carrier, who will have accepted them without reservation.
The customer therefore acknowledges that it is the carrier's responsibility to make the delivery and that they have no recourse under warranty against our company in the event of failure to deliver the transported goods.
In the event of a special request from the customer regarding the packaging or transport conditions of the ordered Products, duly accepted in writing by our company, the related costs will be subject to a specific additional invoice, based on a quote previously accepted in writing by the customer.
The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. They have a period of #254 Maximum period for... from delivery to file complaints by email, accompanied by all necessary supporting documents (in particular photos). After this period, and if these formalities have not been complied with, the Products will be deemed to conform and free from any apparent defect, and no complaint may be validly accepted by our company.
We will refund or replace, as soon as possible and at our expense, delivered Products whose non-conformities or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the customer, under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations and these Terms.
The transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of the related Products will only take place once the customer physically takes possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at our company's risk, except when the customer has chosen the carrier themselves. In this case, the risk is transferred at the time the goods are handed over to the carrier.
ARTICLE 6 - TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP Ownership of the Products will only transfer from our company to the customer after full payment of the price by the customer, regardless of the delivery date of said Products.
ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with the terms provided for by applicable regulations, the customer has a right of withdrawal that they may exercise within 14 business days from receipt of the Products.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available on our site https://mangastrike.com/, or by any other unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw, in particular by postal or electronic mail sent to our company at the contact details indicated in ARTICLE 1 of these Terms.
Returned Products must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be resold as new, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Damaged, dirty, or incomplete Products will not be accepted.
The cost of returning Products remains the responsibility of the customer.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days from receipt, by our company, of the Products returned by the customer under the conditions set out above.
ARTICLE 8 - LIABILITY Our company cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the Product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike affecting in particular postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
Our company shall incur no liability for any indirect damages resulting from these Terms, loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages, or costs.
ARTICLE 9 - PERSONAL INFORMATION Our company undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the customer, which they may be required to provide for the use of certain services. All information concerning the customer is subject to the provisions of French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete information concerning them. They may make this request at any time by email at info@mangastrike.com.
ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All elements of the site https://mangastrike.com/ are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of our company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, or audio.
Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without express written agreement from our company.
ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW - LANGUAGE These Terms and the transactions arising from them are governed by and subject to French law.
These Terms are drafted in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
